this weekend and decided I was not going to be be lazy! The winter weather will not get me down! Three cups of coffee later, music pumping and hoop in hand my mission was about to begin. I started my session with a good 10 min stretch session then into some basic waist hooping to get that blood pumping. It has been a while since I just took a moment to enjoy the movement of the hoop on my waist. I closed my eyes and absorbed the motion and the revolution of the hoop. It was blissful. I love those moments. When everything seems to connect be in sync.

Not only did I enjoy my hoop session, I got an amazing workout! I woke up with some sore abs the next day 😉 phew!
