This is a 2 class pack and can be tailored around you with two consecutive days or once a week, once a month for an hour. The beauty of this class is that is customized to fit you!
Online Class Options & Descriptions:
- Beginner Basics:
This class will start with getting the hoop rotating on your waist, and guided through a series of exercises on the waist, hips and arms mastering core control and building a foundation of hula hooping basics.
- Fitness Fun:
Hooping is a low impact, high energy, core busting way to achieve physical fitness! You will be guided through a series of hoop moves that will get your heart rate elevated and pump up the cardio.
- To Infinity and Beyond:
This class will be geared towards the beginner/intermediate hooper who is not totally new to hoop dance. This class will focus on the of the wonders of the Vertical Plane. We will explore the vertical transitions from isolations to barrel rolls and hand work. This class will offer tools to expand your dance and expressive hoops movements by focusing on the technical details to move further into your hoop practice.
- Tailor to me:
This class can be designed to focus on a few core tricks or moves you have been wanting to learn or master, but need some further guidance. With this class, we ask that you give us a week’s notice on the specifics you are looking to learn, giving us time to formulate the lessons.

We recommend that you have at least a 10ft x 15ft space to do this class. You want to make sure you have room for your hoop to travel freely around your waist, as well as above your head. You want to be sure you have some room to move around in, spinning in circles and walking. Be sure it is clear of breakable objects.
