Let’s Hangout! e-Class 2pack series 

This is a 2 classes, taught online via Google Hangout and tailored around your schedule. Choose from: two consecutive days, two days- once a week or two days- once a month. The beauty of this class is that is customized to you! We have several options available based on your experience level, from beginner to intermediate to advanced. With this class being taught online please be sure you have your own hoop, or let us get you set up with a custom hoop for this class. (Any of our custom hoops are available at a discount for taking the class). Please also be sure you have enough space to move and groove! We recommend that you have at least a 10ft x 15ft space to do this class. You want to make sure you have room for your hoop to travel freely around your waist, as well as above your head. You want to be sure you have some room to move around in, spinning in circles and walking. Be sure it is clear of breakable objects. Once this class is completed you will get a copy of the video of all you learned as well as a written handout with notes from the class.

Level 1- Hoop Dance Basics

This class will allow you to strengthen your body and focus on the meditative art of hoop dance. You will learn to express your inner self and become one with the hoop. Hoop Dance Basics is a low impact, high energy, core busting way to achieve physical fitness!  Using oversized, weighted hula hoops, instructor Kristin Marlowe will guide students through a series of exercises on the waist and hips mastering core control, hand hooping, tosses and jumps.  Hoops provided for use during class.  Custom Hoops also available for purchase

This class is a 4 or 6 week series, meeting once a week.

 Level 2- Hoop Dance  – Guided Flow

This class will be geared towards the beginner who is not totally new to hoop dance. If you feel you have a good foundation and want to expand and enhance your skills, this class is for you! This class will focus on off the body tricks and combinations as well as guided flow to progress your “dance” and make it your own. You will not only burn calories and tone your core, but have a blast doing it!

Class enrollment is non-refundable, though you may transfer the entire series to a friend if something unexpected prevents you from attending. Please contact us in advance to work out further details.

A waiver must be signed before attending class. By participating in class, you agree to all terms in the waiver.

If you have any question as to if you are able to participate in the class, you are responsible for contacting your doctor ahead of time.
